The EU and UNICEF contracted a Canadian evaluation firm, Le Groupe-conseil Baastel15 (Baastel), in May 2022, to conduct this final evaluation of NIPN phase 1. The evaluation’s main objective was to contribute to improving the next phase of NIPN, its strategies and planned results.
