within the framework of the NIPN initiative in LAO PDR, Capacity Need Assessment was conducted among key stakeholders involved in NIPN. As a result of the Capacity Need Assessment, the Capacity development plan developed. Implementation of a capacity development plan is one of the main priorities of the NIPN initiative in LAO PDR. Therefore, the policy analysis unit conducts three days of intensive training in Vangvieng for key members of the Policy analysis unit and other stakeholders on 13-15 October 2020, after completed this training all participants will be able to draft their own policy brief paper for better communications to decision-makers and the general public.
